Hawaiian Screwdriver

Had to share with you this two-ingredient cocktail that gets bonus points for being an anytime drink (morning, afternoon, evening). It is fruity and refreshing, and the pineapple juice is a welcome change from orange juice while vanilla vodka is in keeping with its island flavor profile. This is also a great substitute for a mimosa, perhaps even better because vodka seems less fussy than champagne or prosecco, making it far more appropriate for any occasion plus you won’t have to worry about bubbles going flat.

You will need:
A short glass
1.5 oz Skyy vanilla bean vodka
4 oz Dole pineapple juice (not from concentrate)

Simply fill your glass with ice. Pour vodka and juice over ice and stir briefly.
